Just to get this thing started off, I added some photos of food that we have made recently. Here, one finds a pizza with smoked beef brisket, roma tomatoes, fontina, cheddar and parmesan cheeses. Delightful!
These are part of our ongoing project to master phyllo dough. We made chicken rolls with a yogurt garlic dipping sauce.
I thought that our jalapeno peppers were pretty, so I took a picture before we cut them up and froze them. We use them all year long!
